We work with two types of runners

Runners who have had an injury for a while or have repeat injuries; tried other rehab methods and strengthening exercises etc but have not made any progress.

We specialise in helping those that others have not yet been able to.

​​​Runners who come for routine treatments to keep them performing at their best. It is a natural part of training to have niggles every now and again. This service ensures these runners are able to keep on top of their movement potential, reduce injury risk and safeguard from training burnout. The runners that take advantage of this service are those that find new personal bests and really live to the mantra here of Run Faster For Longer.

We are confident that any athlete, whether you are a seasoned professional or a keen amateur, will find levels of improvement working with us that you just won’t find elsewhere.
